Family, friends, and the Ottawa community are mourning the heartbreaking passing of Cassandra Roberts, who peacefully passed away on May 8, 2026, at the age of 35. Her death has left loved ones grieving the loss of a cherished daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and valued former staff member whose kindness and warmth touched many lives.
Cassandra Roberts is lovingly remembered by her parents, Linda and Jeffrey Roberts, who now face the unimaginable pain of losing their beloved daughter. She was also a devoted sister to Corey (Kaity) and Caitlyn (Mitchell), and a proud and loving aunt to Cooper, Wally, Finnley, Josephine, and Isobel. Her passing has deeply affected not only her immediate family, but also her grandmother Rose, extended family members, close friends, and everyone fortunate enough to know her.
Those closest to Cassandra describe her as compassionate, caring, and gentle-hearted — someone whose presence brought comfort and positivity to those around her. Whether through friendships, family gatherings, or everyday conversations, Cassandra made lasting impressions through her warmth, sincerity, and genuine concern for others.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at Daley Family Funeral Home on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.
In honor of Cassandra’s memory, donations may be made to Rideauwood Addiction and Family Services or the University of Ottawa Heart Institute.
